She is with her clients every step of the way.*
*You must walk down the aisle by yourself but she’ll be right by your side to tell you when to start walking ( and how to hold your flowers).
Full Planning Services to be provided, but not limited to, are as follows:
- Unlimited communication by phone, text, and e-mail.
- Discuss and brainstorm bride’s vision of the day.
- Determine budget.
- Visit and select venue(s).
- Recommend and secure appropriate vendors: Floral & Décor, Invitations, Photography, Video, Linens, Seating, Lighting, Cake, Catering, Officiant, Music, Glam Squad, Logo Design, Specialty Food Vendors & Gifts, Furniture Rental, Transportation, Etc
- Accompany bride, groom, and/or family to vendor appointments.
- Review all contracts.
- Develop wedding planning timeline.
- Attend and participate in décor meetings and the décor design process. (florals, linens, furniture, and all signature details)
- Preview the wedding and reception site to review and design the space(s).
- Make other additional site visits as necessary.
- Keep wedding checklist/timeline up-to-date.
- Attend menu tasting.
- Manage communications with venue contact.
- Prepare a detailed timeline to be sent to all vendors outlining the entire day.
- Advise on any concerning issues.
- Confirm and coordinate all vendor logistics.
- Review “day-of” packing and prep check-list.
- Ensure hair/make-up schedule is being followed.
- Check on Prince Charming and his groomsmen.
- Move groom’s luggage to the bridal suite, if necessary.
- Call hotel housekeeping upon departure to venue.
- Organize and space the processional line-up.
- Keep track of the marriage license, ketubah, and other ritual items.
- Gather and distribute the ceremony items at the ceremony site.
- Confirm set-up and décor for ceremony and reception is as requested.
- Serve as the point person for vendors.
- Verify that items such as party favors, and place cards receive proper placement.
- Instruct and ensure vendors stay on the timeline to keep the wedding flowing smoothly and on schedule.
- Greet guests and direct to seating.
- Collect gifts.
- Assist with guest management.
- Determine who will be responsible for the gifts from reception to the final destination.
- Distribute any final payments and gratuities.
- Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes.
- Be on-site the entire event.
This package includes the addition of a personal stylist. The comprehensive collection ensures the most complete details are covered to make every bride feel like royalty on her most important day.
These additional services to be provided, but not limited to, include…
- One professional women’s bridal fashion stylist/wedding personal assistant.
- Up to ten hours of wedding day services.
- Professional garment preparation for the bride and entire female bridal party: steaming, pressing, and spot cleaning as necessary.
- Jewelry cleaning.
- Bridal details display for optimum photographic coverage: gown, rings, invitations, etc.
- Tying bow ties and pinning boutonnieres.
- Use of our fully stocked “wedding survival kit.”
- Dressing the bride and female bridal party.
- Last-minute on-the-spot alterations.
- Pinning the veil into the bride’s hair and the removal after the ceremony.
- Escorting the bridal party throughout the entire photo shoot.
- Gown bustling.
- Hair and makeup touch-ups throughout the day.
- Holding the bridal party’s handbags, cell phones, and accessories during photos and the ceremony.
- Accommodation of all personal and fashion-related bridal needs.
- Reflexology foot massage for the bride (if time allows).
- Tidying of the bridal suite.
