The Partial Planning Event Coordination Package begins at signing and concludes at the end of the evening on the day of the event. This package is designed for those who have already started the process and secured a venue and vendors but need assistance with the next steps to get down the aisle.
Partial Planning Services to be provided, but not limited to, are as follows:

- Unlimited communication by phone, text, and e-mail.
- Provide vendor referrals if any are needed.
- Preview the wedding and reception site visit to review and design the space(s) - other additional visits as necessary.
- Discuss bride’s vision and brainstorm ideas.
- Attend two décor meetings.
- Provide décor guidance (florals, linens, furniture, and all signature details).
- Keep wedding checklist up-to-date.
- Attend menu tasting, if requested.
- Attend dress fitting, if requested.
- Manage communication with venue contact.
- Review all vendors and their contracts.
- Prepare a detailed timeline and send to all vendors outlining the entire day.
- Assist with hospitality bags, if needed.
- Advise on any concerning issues.
- Confirm all vendors.
- Review “day-of” packing and prep check list.
- Rehearsal run through conducted the evening before wedding.

- Ensure hair/make-up schedule is being followed.
- Assist in dressing the bride and her bridal party when needed.
- Check on Prince Charming and his groomsmen.
- Move groom’s luggage to the bridal suite, if necessary.
- Call hotel housekeeping upon departure to venue.
- Organize and space the processional line-up.
- Keep track of the marriage license, ketubah, and other ritual items.
- Gather and distribute the ceremony items at the ceremony site.
- Confirm set-up and décor for ceremony and reception is as requested.
- Serve as the point person for vendors.
- Verify that items such as party favors, and place cards receive proper placement.
- Instruct and ensure vendors stay on the timeline to keep the wedding flowing smoothly and on schedule.
- Greet guests and direct to seating.
