What do four globetrotting couples do when COVID-19 has restricted all their travel plans?
They bring a European vacation right to their South Florida home. The host and hostess wanted their friends to experience an evening as if they were traveling the world together pre-pandemic.
If one cannot go to Positano, why not create an Italian village right in your backyard which just happens to be on the Intracoastal in Gulf Stream. Although there are no cliffs in this small town located in Palm Beach between Delray Beach and Boynton Beach, the views are just as delightful.
Soft blues and whites with a pop of yellow were the perfect color palette for this soiree. Cymbidium and dendrobium orchids, hydrangea, matthiola, roses, and craspedia with touches of seaside splendor made for a fabulous Mediterranean tablescape. Other thoughtful arrangements of the florals were placed in the outdoor spaces as well, along with plenty of candlelight.
The guests toasted with fine Italian wines and spirits and savored an incredible 5-course meal prepared by renowned New Jersey chef Joseph Tucker before celebrity magician and mentalist Larry Greenberg came to entertain them.
Celebrating life, love, and friendship never needs a passport.
