Haley and Hunter finally said their “I-dos” at The Jupiter Beach Resort with the Atlantic Ocean as the backdrop on a beautiful South Florida evening. Although their initial plan included almost 200 guests, 55 of their closest friends and family came to witness the beachside union.
As a result of the pandemic, multiple changes were happening by the minute, but the adorable couple kept it all in stride. Their positivity paid off as the day could not have been more perfect until the unexpected occurred. As everyone was enjoying the cocktail hour on the veranda a local transformer blew and all went black.
Despite the power outage in the City of Jupiter, the show had to go on. The live music never stopped, the bar was still open, the guests were still laughing, and the bride and groom maintained their composure. The new Mr. & Mrs. handled their first challenge as husband and wife with grace and humor. In less time than expected, FP&L repaired the damage and the celebration continued with a full blown party in the ballroom.
There is no doubt that this couple proved that in darkness there is always light when there is love!
